Ear(rings) on the side of caution!

My approach to design stems from a dual-purpose functionality. More simply put, I love the idea that an object/product can be used effectively in another way besides it’s original design.

I’m constantly coming up with ideas: a conceptual shot for stock photography or a novel idea to manipulate an object & transform it. See my website for more info. www.de-brisdesign.com

I used to use Dpaint at an e-Learning company that I worked for. The hash key would cause Dpaint to crash, so I removed the # keys and turned them into PC bling!

Recently, I had another idea, which again, I translated into jewellery. From some Hook-and-eye closures, I made a bracelet & a pair of earrings to match.

Disclaimer: I make no claims to being a jewellery designer…I just need to get out more!
